These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and pk1974 (hereinafter "pk1974", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://pk1974.cam and all associated subdomains and pages (collectively, the "Platform" or "Website").

pk1974 operates as an English-language online information platform providing educational content, guides, odds explanations and responsible gambling resources to users based primarily in Pakistan. • "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan. Any PKR figures appearing on the Platform are illustrative examples only.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures typically required by licensed gambling operators before permitting deposits, withdrawals or gameplay.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion facilities and cool-off periods offered by gambling operators to assist players in managing their gambling activity.

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or code forming part of the Platform;
• Use the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement specified in Clause 4.1.

6.2   pk1974 reserves the right to restrict, block or terminate access to the Platform for any user found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct, without notice and without liability.

7.1   All Intellectual Property Rights in the Platform and its Content are owned by or licensed to pk1974. This includes, without limitation, all text, graphics, images, icons, layout, user interface elements, data compilations and software code.

7.2   The pk1974 name, logo and associated trade marks are the property of pk1974 and must not be used, reproduced or displayed without prior written authorisation.

7.3   Third-party brand names referenced on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for contextual informational purposes only. Such references do not imply any partnership, endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.

7.4   You acknowledge that no Intellectual Property Rights are transferred to you as a result of your use of the Platform. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8.1   The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

8.2   pk1974 makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that:

• The Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted or error-free;
